I like Center Stage because they have consistently GREAT customer service. The idea of dealing with the same person all the time is fantastic. We have been with them for the past couple of decades and I appreciate the amount of effort they put into their service. If there are any major or even minor issues, I can often talk directly with the owners, Bruce and Diane; problem solved! I always get a return call immediately or sometimes in less than a day! The software is easy to work with and gives our small theatre company a consistent budget for ticketing and subscriptions. I like that we can pay a set fee for the year. HOORAY!
