You can use industry standard ticket stock. Center Stage Software stocks and sells thermal ticket stock for our customers’ convenience. We also provide 1,000 complimentary tickets when you purchase the Wintix system.
You will not hurt our feelings if you use custom stock (some of our customers do this after one season). Contact one of the ticket companies listed below. They will use your artwork and do any special perforations you might want. Delivery is usually four to six weeks.
In Wintix, you can modify the ticket format. Wintix uses completely user-definable ticket formats. If you need, you can even have a separate ticket format for each show. The standard size ticket is 2” x 5½”. Most organizations manage to fit everything they need on that size.
For receipt printing, we usually recommend our customers use something like a laser printer. Many of our customers use a 40-column wide receipt printer. Call Center Stage Software for more information. Some of our customers print their receipts using their thermal ticket printer. Though a bit pricey, it is the most convenient.
Thermal ticket come fan-folded. The dimensions are 2” by 5 1/2”.
Single stub tickets: Each ticket is separated by perforation and has a 4" main stub and a 1 1/2” audit stub.
Double stub tickets come in two formats:
Format 1: the leading stub is 1 7/8", the main stub is 2.5" and the trailing stub is 1 1/8."
Format 2: the leading stub is 1 3/8", the main stub is 3" and the trailing stub is 1 1/8."
Cloudy thermals come in blue, buff, cranberry, green, peach and purple. Solid thermals come in blue, buff, cranberry, dijon gold, gold, green, peach, purple, yellow and white.

Center Stage Software is no longer supplying dot matrix ticket stock because the vast majority of the industry is now using thermal.
However, Sierra Entertainment Ticket Supply still manufactures Center Stage Software dot matrix ticket stock.
Dot matrix tickets are fan-folded and measure 7” by 2”. There is a 1/2” tear-off strip on each side. These tickets are designed for pin-fed printers. Each fold fits six tickets per page.
Dot matrix tickets are all white cardstock with colored curtains. The curtain colors are blue, burgundy, green, orange, purple, red and white.
